Trying something new—especially when it involves your body, emotions, and healing—can feel like a big step. Whether you're walking through our doors for the first time or just exploring the idea of Thai Yoga Therapy, we want you to feel informed, grounded, and empowered to move at your own pace.
Your First Visit: A 2.5-Hour Discovery
New client sessions are a bit longer because we don’t believe in rushing the process of getting to know your system—physically, emotionally, or energetically. These sessions are designed to offer space for reflection, curiosity, and discovery without any pressure to say "yes" to more.
Here’s what your first session will look like:
1. Personal Assessment + Dialogue
We begin with an in-depth conversation—this is your space to share your story, your patterns, your stressors, or simply your curiosity. You might talk about:
Emotional or physical experiences that have been resurfacing
Ongoing burnout or overwhelm
Cycles you’ve noticed but haven’t yet understood
This intake is relational, not clinical. You’re not a “case” to solve—you’re a whole person to witness and support.
2. Thai Yoga Therapy on the Mat (75–90 minutes)
After the initial dialogue, we transition to the mat. Fully clothed, you’ll be guided through supported movement, compression, stretching, and meridian-based touch. This is where your body begins to speak—and we listen.
We work with the 12 traditional meridian lines (borrowed from Chinese Medicine) to understand where energy is stuck, flowing, or compensating. These lines aren’t just physical—they often correspond with emotional and spiritual themes like grief, fear, anger, or self-worth.
3. Meridian Discovery & Integration Conversation (30 minutes)
We close by sharing what was observed during your session—especially which meridian lines showed signs of blockage or overcompensation. You’ll be invited into a discovery conversation to explore:
How these patterns may show up in daily life
What small, real-world shifts might help outside the studio
Whether you’d like to return—or simply carry this insight forward for now
This session is not a sales pitch. It’s a mirror. A chance to see yourself more clearly and decide what healing looks like for you.
What Happens When You Return?
If and when you choose to come back, your care evolves with you.
90-Minute Sessions
These sessions are often more bodywork-focused. After a brief check-in, we tailor your session to open and support the meridian lines related to what’s going on in your life—whether that's a stuck decision, emotional heaviness, or physical fatigue. It’s hands-on, intuitive, and still deeply intentional.
2- and 3-Hour Sessions
These longer sessions invite deeper emotional inquiry through Elemental NARM-based coaching. We explore the internal strategies you may have developed—often unconsciously—in response to early experiences. These patterns are intelligent, even protective, but they may no longer serve the version of you that’s ready to emerge.
In these sessions, we weave together:
Thai Yoga Therapy on the mat
Emotional attunement and nervous system tracking
Conversations that help you reconnect to buried parts of yourself—gently and without judgment
You Might Notice…
A softening of physical tension
Unexpected emotions surfacing—and moving through
A greater sense of spaciousness and groundedness
A clearer understanding of your internal cycles and how to support them
There is no one-size-fits-all healing here. We move at your pace, with your values, and in your language.
Ready to Begin Your Discovery?
We created the Reset Protocol as a deeper invitation—a 7-session journey spaced over 7 weeks (or faster, if your schedule allows). This immersive arc offers a dedicated container to shift long-held patterns and reconnect to your body, breath, and inner knowing with focused momentum and support.
Prefer a more spacious pace?We also offer Integration Packages—a flexible 6-session option that can be used over a 6-month period. These are perfect for those who want to continue the work but follow their own rhythm, whether that’s weekly, bi-weekly, or monthly.
Both paths are designed to honor your process. No pressure. No rush. Just support when you're ready.
Explore. Reflect. And know that we’re here when the next step feels right.
