Cancellation & Commitment Policy

Thank you for choosing Tranquility Rising. Please review the following important appointment policies:

Rescheduling:
Sessions are non-refundable, but you may reschedule up to 24 hours before your appointment through our member portal at TranquilityRising.com.

Commitment-Based Work:
Sessions are not transferable. When you book with us, you're committing to your own healing journey. Our practitioners are not traditional massage therapists—we work with both the emotional and physical body. This work is intentionally built over time and is not designed for one-off appointments or quick substitutions. Your commitment is essential to the integrity of this process.

Late Cancellations & No-Shows:
If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or do not show up, you will be charged the full session rate. Unpaid late cancellations will need to be paid before booking future appointments.
