Reset Protocol:
A 7-Session Thai Yoga Therapy Immersion
Cash/Check: $950 | Credit Card: $980
This foundational program is designed to restore connection between your body’s energetic and physical systems through a consistent, full-spectrum approach. Offered weekly—or more frequently, if schedule allows—this protocol works to release chronic stagnation and reawaken the body’s natural rhythm by addressing the five foundational positions of Thai Yoga Therapy.
Rather than rushing through a full-body sequence in one session, we take our time. Each day focuses on a specific posture to explore the depth of your system in a way that ensures we don’t overlook subtle blockages that may not be obvious during generalized treatment.
This is an ideal offering for those:
-
seeking to reestablish a sense of wholeness in their body
-
experiencing chronic energy depletion or physical restriction
-
feeling disconnected after prolonged stress, illness, or trauma
-
wanting to open pathways in the body to support healing (physical, emotional, and energetic)
What’s Included
Day One: 90-Minute Full Body Assessment
We begin with a comprehensive session to evaluate how energy is flowing through the body and identify areas of imbalance. This session informs how we customize your experience through the week.
Day Two: Supine Position (Front Body Integration)
We begin with the front of the body—opening the chest, hips, arms, and legs. The focus is often on the stomach and spleen meridians to support digestion and emotional regulation, and the kidney meridian to reconnect to your life force and restore depleted reserves.
Day Three: Sidelying (Lateral Lines & Nervous System Balancing)
Working the side body, this position allows deeper access to the gallbladder and liver meridians—key in supporting decision-making, detoxification, and emotional flexibility. This posture is often supportive for those in transition or processing grief.
Day Four: Prone Position (Back Body & Structural Realignment)
Addressing the spine, shoulders, hamstrings, and feet, this session brings focus to the urinary bladder meridian (which runs along the spine and governs the nervous system) and supports emotional release held in the back body. The session may also support grounding and reconnection to safety in the body.
Day Five: Second Supine (Deep Core, Pelvis & Womb Space)
We return to the front body, now with more access and subtlety. This is where we go deeper into abdominal, pelvic, and womb spaces—if the client chooses. We work with the conception vessel, kidney, and heart meridians to support the energetics of creation, identity, and intimacy.
This space can offer deep transformation for those navigating womb-based trauma, cycle regulation, or reconnecting to their creative and reproductive center. It is held gently, with full permission and choice.
|Please note: While many clients incorporate this work into fertility journeys, we do not diagnose or treat medical conditions. This work does not guarantee fertility outcomes and is not a substitute for medical care. It is a supportive, complementary modality to help clients feel more grounded, connected, and empowered in their reproductive and emotional health.|
Day Six: Seated (Integration & Upper Body Clearing)
We finish with the seated position to address the upper body, neck, shoulders, arms, and cranial lines. This supports clearing stagnant energy and integrating the week’s work. Often, this position allows for connection between heart and mind, facilitating clarity, insight, and renewed alignment.
Day Seven: Full Body Reassessment (2 Hours)
We close with a comprehensive reassessment, moving through the full body once more to integrate the work and anchor the energetic shifts that have taken place. Clients often report a deep sense of balance, lightness, and alignment after this final session.
