Biofield Tuning is a sound therapy using tuning forks for relaxation and restoration of body and mind. The work offers a gentle and effective way to clear stress, shift old patterns, and reconnect with your true self so that you can remember your divine potential for embracing change fearlessly with heart.

This hour long session will include brief introductions, easy breath work exercise, a group Biofield Tuning session, a restorative sound bath with the unsurpassed  Alchemy Crystal Singing Bowls™ made by Crystal Tones®.
